Managment and operation of a variety of federal service contracts for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Mr. Lowrey acted as corporate counsel and additionally performed bid reviews and assuring compliance with a host of federal regulations relating to contract procurements, administrative law, wage and hour and organized labor. He presentated cases in formal and informal settings to contracting officers, administrative hearings, and various boards of contract appeals, EEOC, NLRB hearings, union grievance arbitrations and in the mediation of disputes.

Defense of medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability and employment cases. Prepared and litigated cases to trial or other resolution. Preparation included obtaining medical expert reviews and the taking of expert depositions. Presented cases at arbitration and Mandamus hearing. Conducted trial of matters to the bench and to jury.
