Clients are People
Minimize

Respect

Every case is differrent, as is every person.  We treat every client with the same respect that we would want to receive if we were in the same situation.  We return your phone calls.  We will not cut you short on time to ask questions and learn about your options.  We will carefully and patiently explain the IRS's position and the tax law that applies to your case.

Our Goal, Our Passion

Our Mission

Many people need tax representation before the IRS.  Unfortunately, many people, too many, are unable to obtain representation because of cost.  Our mission is to provide high quality tax payer representation at reasonable fees.

Why We Are Different

The traditional attorney firm has a tremendous expense in the overhead of maintaining a big office in a fancy high rise building, and a huge salary structure to support.  You have to pay for all of this overhead.

But the truth of the matter is all of that fancy stuff usually goes to waste.  The IRS conducts nearly all of it's business by mail or telephone.  Clients rarely come into the office since most client communications are by telephone.  Similarly, if an attorney needs to meet with the IRS, it is almost always at the IRS's office.

We think of ourselves as the WalMart of the tax law industry.  You get the same product, but at a more affordable price.  We don't have a big brick and mortar presence. We work efficiently.  We use the internet, email and other modes of communication.  Some employees are telecomuters.  We do everything that we can to keep the overhead down.

No Fancy Offices Here

We don't have fancy offices.  In fact, when a face to face meeting with a client is necessary, we will use one of our retail tax preparation offices that is closest to our client to hold the meeting We frequently communicate with our clients by telephone and email or fax documents.  Efficiency means that we get more done...and we pass the efficiency savings on to you.
