Donald E. Lowrey is an attorney at law.  He earned his first law degree from Western State University School of Law (J.D.) and his second law degree from Chapman University School of Law where he earned a Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.).

Mr. Lowrey is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in all 50 states.  He was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1986*.

He is commited to providing quality services at reasonable fees.  Cases are accepted from residents from any state, territory or country.
