We work hard at providing quality tax law services at affordable rates. Our fees are commensurate with our training, experience and in consideration of the complexity of your case and the time that may take to prosecute your tax case or to negotiate with the IRS. Fees vary according to the facts and circumstances of your case.

 

As you can imagine, we need to know something about your case before we can estimate the time and difficulty of your case.  We take this part of the process seriously. Some companies  who advertise on radio or TV (most of whom are not tax lawyers) entice you with an offer for a “free consultation”. The main purpose of the call is to sell you a package.

The traditional law firm charges an hourly rate. The total tends to grow, sometimes to unexpected and unplanned amounts. We realize that most of our clients are under a great deal of financial stress. For this reason, and in keeping with our Mission, we structure our fees on a flat rate basis. This way you will know the cost of legal services upfront, before you hire us.  Payment plans are available.
