Do You Have a Tax Case?
Find out with a low cost case review. Tax Attorney Donald Lowrey will review your case based on the facts you provide and the correspondence you may have received from the IRS. A tax attorney will discuss your case with you, answer all of your questions, explain the law that applies and review the options that may be available.
After a case review, most clients will fall into one of the following groups:
- You just Need an Explanation. After talking to a tax attorney you now have better clarity and understanding of the issues. Your tax case is not complex. You most likely can resolve the tax problem yourself.
- Your Need a Lawyer. Your case has complex factual or legal issues. Legal research and argument may be required. You are unlikely to be able to resolve the tax matter by yourself.
- You Need a Buffer. The IRS is intimidating. Sometimes you just need some space and time to think. You need someone to be between you and the IRS; someone to present your case and negotiate on your behalf.
What Next?
Regardless of which group you fall into, you decide how you want to proceed. We can offer advice but we don't try to sell you on anything. You remain in control.
